ウクライナは、ロシアが戦闘を継続する能力を低下させようと、物流網などへの攻撃を強化していて、ロシアとイランの間で軍事物資を輸送していた船舶を攻撃したと発表しました。イランは、攻撃を受けたのはイランの商船だとしたうえで、国際法違反だと非難しています。
