US authorities expand cyclosporiasis scrutiny

The Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention widened their investigation this week into a cyclosporiasis outbreak linked to shredded iceberg lettuce from central Mexico after identifying cases in four additional states.
