Utah's federal, state and local leaders tour Cottonwood burn scar, vow action in D.C.

BEAVER, Utah (ABC4) —  When the Cottonwood burn scar brought on rushing waters and destruction to Beaver, Congresswoman Celeste Maloy started gathering Utah's leaders to respond.
