Wisconsin absentee voters seek court ruling allowing them to cast new ballots

Three voters supported by the Wisconsin Democratic Party have filed a lawsuit against the state elections commission, seeking a ruling that would allow for voters who have already returned their absentee ballots to void those and request a new one.
