「副首都」構想の関連法案をめぐり、参議院自民党と立憲民主党の国会対策委員長が会談し、自民党は24日採決を行いたいと提案しました。これに対して立憲民主党は住民投票と関係自治体の選挙を同じ期間に行うことを禁止するよう求め、引き続き協議することになりました。
