Record $60k fine for man behind 'brazen' dump site that will cost $1m to clean

The owner of one of Victoria's worst illegal dump sites has been handed a record fine of $60,000 and ordered to pay an expected $1 million to clean up the polluted property in Melbourne's outer north-east.
