Tow truck driver takes pee break on I-5’s shoulder, causes crash, $3.2 million lawsuit says

A $3.2 million suit says the tow truck driver urinated behind a barrier as the vehicle he was about to tow rolled backward into the lanes of traffic and three motorcyclists.
