USU research group says postcards with environmental surveys hit mailboxes soon

Approximately 4,000 randomly-selected Cache County residents will receive a postcard titled “Your Views on the Cache Valley Environment” no later than Wednesday, and the Utah State University research group responsible for them urges participation.
