One death reported in New York City Legionnaires’ disease cluster

By Katherine Dillinger, Jen Christensen, CNN (CNN) — One person has died in connection with a cluster of Legionnaires’ disease cases in New York City, Health Commissioner Dr. Alister Martin said Friday. As of Thursday night, 67 cases have been reported, and 12 people are hospitalized. Forty-three others were previously hospitalized but have been discharged.
