Trump targets China and Russia with baseless claims of election interference

Donald Trump has revived his long-running claims that the US election in 2020 was "fabricated". In a primetime address he accused China of what he called the "largest election data breach in history" and has released documents that he says reveal foreign interference. But intelligence officials say there is no evidence that foreign actors changed the outcome of the election.
