Wife can't use RTI to access husband's ITRs for maintenance case: Delhi HC

Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav delivered the judgment in a writ petition filed by the husband challenging an order passed by the Central Information Commission directing disclosure of his net taxable income from the financial year 2007-08 onwards. The Central Information Commission, by its order dated 22.07.2021, had directed disclosure of the husband’s taxable income details.
