Providence City Council denies mixed zoning request

After two months of what some described as “emotionally charged” meetings with attendance from Providence’s “passionate community,” the Providence City Council has denied the mixed-use zoning request for parcel 02-095-0031 requested by Jody Robins, president of Refined Communities.
