Nigeria: First-Line Charge Will Shield State Police From Governors' Interference - Senate Leader

[This Day] Leader of the Senate, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele, yesterday, said funding of the proposed state police services should be established as a first-line charge in the 1999 Constitution, stressing that it is the only way to protect it from possible interference by state governors.
