去年8月、大阪・ミナミの道頓堀に面したビルが焼け、消防隊員2人が死亡した火事で、警察は、ビルに入る飲食店の35歳の男性従業員が、火がついたたばこをポイ捨てしたことが火事につながったとして、14日、重過失失火の疑いで書類送検しました。
