Queensland teen dies, 22 injured in e-mobility device crashes in 12 days

Regulations introduced in Queensland less than a fortnight ago limit e-mobility devices to 12km/h on footpaths. Riders must be 16 and above or be supervised by a parent. They can also be breathalysed.
