Judge blocks enforcement of attire rule at Arizona polling places

A rule established by Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes barring clothing at polling places that includes "uniforms or official-looking apparel intended to deter, intimidate, or harass voters," is vague and goes too far, a federal judge ruled.
