大阪地検特捜部の取り調べで机をたたきながら「検察なめんなよ」などと迫り、罵倒し続けたなどとして、特別公務員暴行陵虐の罪に問われている検事の初公判が10日開かれ、検事は「陵虐にあたる行為ではなく、罪は成立しない」と述べて無罪を主張しました。
