Salvation Army, SEICAA partner on Red Kettle campaign in Blackfoot with $20K goal

BLACKFOOT — The Salvation Army and Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency kicked off their Red Kettle campaign in Blackfoot Monday with a goal of raising $20,000 to help Bingham County residents in need.
