As many in Pocatello await the appellate hearing for the proposed AI data center by Lex Developments coming up in a few weeks, the Tribes at Fort Hall have actively stated their opposition for approving the project. On July 7, the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes made an official statement reaffirming their stance against the proposal, stating they agree with the Hearing Examiner's original decision to deny Lex Developments a conditional use permit (CUP).
