Judge issues arrest warrant for suspect in international crime scheme

Logan First District Court Judge Angela Fonnesbeck issued an arrest warrant Tuesday for Olaniyi Joseph Omoyele, 39, who court documents say is based in The Gambia and stands accused of defrauding local businesses of approximately $246,000 worth of merchandise.
