Judge makes ruling on holding Tyler Robinson's prosecution in contempt, taking death penalty off the table

Tyler Robisnon, accused of killing Charlie Kirk, is set to appear in a virtual court hearing today, where the Judge is expected to make a ruling on whether or not to hold the Prosecution in contempt and to take the death penalty off of the table.
