Powerful earthquakes rock Venezuela, collapsing buildings in Caracas

A powerful 7.2-magnitude earthquake shook Venezuela on Wednesday evening, seconds before a 7.5-magnitude quake hit, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
