93-year-old who allegedly traveled to Utah to kill family members found incompetent, charges dismissed

Charges against a 93-year-old Idaho man have been dropped, as the court found he was incompetent to face trial for allegedly traveling across state lines with a plan to kill his nephew and his nephew’s wife.
