'Strict conditions' placed on Provo 'troubled teen' facility after staff allegedly failed to report medical incidents

After two families filed a lawsuit against Provo Canyon School for allegedly endangering their children by not responding to medical emergencies, the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is placing "strict conditions" on the school.
