Utah family sues Nebo School District, alleges school failed to stop anti-LGBTQ bullying

A Utah County family has filed a federal lawsuit against the Nebo School District, alleging school officials failed to protect a Payson Junior High student from years of bullying and harassment before she was assaulted by another student.
