Part-time Heber City author’s latest novel delves into Amsterdam’s Golden Age

Victoria Redel’s new novel, “I Am You,” is set among 17th century Amsterdam’s raucous docks and the gilded parlors of art patrons, which are so ornate that one might be surprised to learn she wrote much of the book at her Heber home in her office above the garage.
