'Dire threat': Salt Lake City and County file lawsuit over planned ICE warehouse

Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County are suing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) over a planned Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility at a local warehouse.
