Police: Pocatello man accused of sexually abusing child multiple times in multiple locations spanning period of more than a year

POCATELLO — A 66-year-old local man was arrested Thursday after police say he sexually abused a child over the course of more than a year, grooming her with snacks and energy drinks in exchange for allowing him to touch her.
