Pool contractor already serving time for fraud in Weber County sentenced to prison again in Davis County cases

The pool contractor previously sentenced for defrauding clients in Weber County will now be required to pay over $650,000 total in restitution after he was sentenced again for cases of fraud in Davis County, in addition to serving prison time.
