Garfield County elementary school employee arrested for photographing students, creating child sexual abuse material

A Garfield County elementary school employee was arrested on Thursday on numerous counts of child sexual exploitation after taking photos of students without their knowledge, creating child sexual abuse material, and sexually abusing toddler-age children, according to the Utah Attorney General's Office.
