Federal judge dismisses lawsuit against Kamas over West Hills involvement

U.S. District Judge Ted Stewart dismissed a lawsuit against the City of Kamas last week that claimed local officials had violated state and federal laws by publicly supporting the Kamas Valley Preservation Association, a nonprofit organization that opposed and campaigned against the proposed West Hills incorporation.
