Summit County to join state-managed program to cover costs of Kouri Richins appeal

Kouri Richins, the Kamas mother of three who was found guilty of killing her husband, Eric Richins, will be sentenced to 25 years to life in prison with or without the possibility of parole next week, and the Summit County government is already preparing to cover the cost of a potential appeal.
