Lawsuit filed against Utah fertility and IVF clinics, claiming wrongful death of discarded embryos

An organization, its founder, and numerous anonymous plaintiffs have filed a lawsuit against several IVF and fertility centers, alleging they have deprived "an entire class of people" the right to live by destroying fertilized embryos.
