By Alison Main, CNN (CNN) — President Donald Trump has floated a proposal to put the billions of dollars that back Affordable Care Act tax credits directly in the pockets of Americans instead, as lawmakers have so far failed to find a solution to address the rapidly approaching expiration of the enhanced subsidies that is
