Logan Council approves block grant funds; talks Youth Council and fee updates

Logan’s Municipal Council approved the disbursement of an estimated $550,000 worth of Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), and discussed reinvigorating the City’s Youth Council and potential fee increases relating to its cemetery, golf course and field usage.
