Interstate 84 still partially blocked hours after semi slams into concrete barrier in construction zone

HEYBURN — A semi-truck barreled into a concrete barrier in an active construction zone on Interstate 84 Tuesday morning, blocking lanes and forcing emergency crews to scramble to keep traffic moving in Heyburn, Idaho State Police said.
