Jays' Bichette, Dodgers' Kershaw on WS rosters

Bo Bichette, who has not since early September due to a knee injury, and Dodgers lefty Clayton Kershaw, who was left off the Dodgers' Wild Card Series roster and did not pitch in the NLCS, are both on their team's respective World Series rosters.
