Judge dismisses Krysiak v. 910 Cattle Ranch

The plaintiff purchased Parcel SS-128, an orphaned parcel on the western ridgeline of the 910 Cattle Ranch, in 2017. The plaintiff then sued to obtain access to the parcel. Wednesday’s ruling rejected that claim.
