Tim Ballard says LDS Church ‘excommunicated’ and plotted against him

In a post to social media, Tim Ballard accuses "Deep Church" entities within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of conspiring to have him excommunicated and to destroy his reputation.
