Ririe Reservoir's Blacktail Park barely reopened before vandals forced its indefinite closure by inflicting significant destruction

RIRIE — Someone cut wires, damaged floating docks and vandalized infrastructure at Blacktail Park on the upper end of Ririe Reservoir, prompting Bonneville County to close the popular recreation area just days after it reopened for the season.
