Rexburg man arrested in 'Internet Crimes Against Children Investigation'

Early Tuesday morning, the Madison County Sheriff’s Deputies and Rexburg Police engaged in a vehicle chase where they apprehended and arrested 27-year-old Raymond Gruce on charges of possession of sexually exploitative material.
