Interstate 84 closures and lane reductions to start March 10

Interstate 84 drivers will start dealing with intermittent closures on March 10 between milepost 38 (the Idaho Center Boulevard-Garrity Boulevard exit) and milepost 42 (Ten Mile Road exit) because crews will need space to work.
