Campbell, Sealy lead race for Providence City Council seats

Scot W. Campbell and incumbent Jeanell Sealy are leading the race for two Providence City Council seats, according to unofficial general election results. As of Tuesday night, Campbell received 32.88% of the votes, followed by Sealy with 29.72%.
