Utah Supreme Court pick pressed on matters surrounding Utah's redistricting, abortion cases

During his second of two hearings before a full Senate vote, the pick to fill a vacancy on the Utah Supreme Court, Judge John Nielsen, was pressed on some of the constitutional questions in Utah's redistricting and abortion cases, his former law firm's support of the state's positions in those cases, and the recusal process.
