Portneuf Greenway Foundation completes 20-mile trail system connecting university, Highland areas

POCATELLO — The Portneuf Greenway Foundation's decade-long effort to connect Pocatello's university district to its Highland neighborhood reached completion Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for two new trail systems totaling more than 20 miles of paved, accessible pathways.
