Dump truck driver seriously injured in collision with Union Pacific locomotive

PARMA — Idaho State Police are investigating a serious injury crash involving a train and semi-dump truck that occurred on Saturday at approximately 9:30 A.M. between Apple Valley Rd. and Noye Ln. near Parma.
