Fans gather at Olympic Park for watch party of opening in Italy

A large video board broadcast the opening ceremony as people in the crowd watched the screen, mingled and stopped by food and sports booths. The crowd cheered as the U.S. team entered the stadium at about 9 p.m. There was also a brief “U.S.A.” chant.
