No Shows: Hardware Wildlife Management Area's wagon rides wrap up early due to lack of snow & elk

The unusually warm winter is impacting wildlife migration. For the Hardware Wildlife Management Area, the lack of snow is keeping hundreds of elk at bay. In turn, the annual wagon rides to see the herd are wrapping up a week earlier than planned.
