Midway appoints Andrew Osborne to fill City Council vacancy

Andrew Osborne is Midway’s newest City Council member. The vote took place after the City Council and Mayor Craig Simons interviewed seven applicants for the vacancy, which was left open when Simons left his role as a City Council member to take up his mayoral seat.
