Skijor horses lost and found at Cache Valley competition, ranchers suspect foul play

Two horses sheltered at the Cache County Fairgrounds for the Pro Skijor competition were missing from their pen early Saturday morning. Their owner, Brandon Francis, said that he and his family aren't entirely sure what happened.
